We are looking for a strong UX designer for our new product

Your main tasks will be:

• Market Analysis: Research and analyze competitive AI solutions in the market, identify trends, and opportunities for innovation in user experience;

• UX Design: Develop user scenarios, create wireframes, layouts, and prototypes for product, ensuring an intuitive and user-friendly interface;

• UX Development: Participate in the product development process, collaborate with the development team to implement design solutions, and ensure compliance with UX standards;

• UX Optimization: Conduct user experience testing, analyze feedback from users, and implement improvements to optimize bot performance and enhance customer satisfaction.

We expect from you:

• At least 3 years of experience as a UX/UI designer, preferably in AI product development;
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. Knowledge of IOS/Android guidelines;

• Knowledge of UX design methodologies and the ability to apply them in practice;

• Experience with a/b testing;

• Experience conducting user research, user experience testing, and data analysis;

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

Nice to have:

• Experience working with bots and AI technologies;

• Understanding of conversational interface design principles;

• Understanding of basic principles of machine learning and neural networks.
