Regale innovation center, one of the cutting edge Dental provider in Dubai is looking for Dental Receptionist, well spoken, experienced customer service professional to join our Front Desk Team. Ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, motivated and good with MS office. Preferably someone who has worked in the front desk of a clinic/hospital with experience in dental/aesthetic, for those who truly love and know how to create the highest level of service to patients – you will be responsible to welcome and care for patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being during their visit.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience at a healthcare facility in a medical receptionist role

Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills

- Ability to work under pressure and react effectively to emergency situations.

- Excellent documentation and IT skills.

- Passionate about healthcare excellence.

- Knowledge of etiquette, communication

- Positive attitude

- Creating a pleasant atmosphere for the patients

- Experience as a receptionist in a private business/premium dental practice

- Self-organized and multi-tasking
