Company performs a comprehensive scope of work which includes engineering development, CAPEX estimate, design documentation development (pre-FEED, FEED) investment projects execution (EPC/EPCm/PMC) on reduction of carbon footprint, carbon capture and storage, bioenergetics, biochemistry, production of clean hydrogen, ammonia and other low-carbon technology projects.
NOVA ENERGIES LLC is the key EPC Contractor for Arctic LNG 2 Project (construction of three TRAINS with the total capacity of Liquified Natural Gas (LNG) 19.8 million tons per year and Stable Gas Condensate (SGC) up to 1.6 million tons per year).
RESPONSIBILITY:

The objective is to monitor and manager subcontractor painting & insulation activities, ensuring they follow and implement the project requirements;
- Monitoring and surveillance of the daily activities of the subcontractor at site;
- Ensure the requirements of the Inspection & Test Plan (ITP), are fully implement by the subcontractor;
- Issue inspection reports as appropriate;
- Ensure discussions with subcontractor, to resolve any conflict or issues;
- Issue NCR’s when subcontractor does not comply with project requirements as defined in the Non-Conformity Procedure;
- Attend meetings with subcontractor as required for report to be submitted to the Site Quality Manager to implement;
- Daily report to be issued;
- Weekly inspection summary report to be issued.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Need’s a minimum of 5 years painting & insulation experience;
- Requires Russian or international Insulation qualifications;
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications required;
- As Built Documentation requirements (Acts, Log book, Protocol’s etc.), experience;
- To have technical vocabulary and very good level in English;
- Full knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint et.;
- Requires either NACE Level 2 or FROSIO Level 3 certified (or equivalent) for Painting and Russian or International Fireproofing training / qualification;
- Good communications skills;
- To have technical vocabulary and very good level in English;
- Education and Training: Graduate of a university or similar technical school in Engineering or closely related curriculum. Note: Extensive construction experience may be considered in lieu of the education requirements.
CONDITIONS:
- Work at Gydan on a shift basis 35/35;
- 7 days working week, 10 hours working day (2 hours lunch break);
- Both rotation period and rotation leave are paid for;
- Accommodation, meals are provided by the employer in a Construction site camp;
- Compensation of Travel Expenses;

- 100% official salary, official employment, fixed term extendable labor contract;
