We help talented developers around the globe focus on making mobile games they love. We publish their games and increase their revenue, so they can produce worldwide hits.

AppQuantum is renowned for its popular titles, including Legend of Slime, Gold & Goblins, Dragon Champions and Idle Evil Clicker among others.

The company is headquartered in Cyprus. Our team has 140+ people working from 18 locations, and we’re constantly growing!

We are looking for a talented UA Manager to join our team!

Key Responsibilities

- Work with international mobile projects and manage budgets starting from $300,000
- Monetization model: IAP/IAP+IAA
- Create a methodology for working on new sources and run tests on new traffic sources
- Automate routine aspects of procurement
- Prepare technical specifications for creatives and Playable ads
- Communicate with traffic source representatives

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

- Experience with Facebook Ads
- Planning, launching, and effectively managing advertising campaigns to achieve KPIs
- Generating hypotheses aimed at improving advertising campaigns and their thorough testing
- Proficiency in the fundamentals of mobile attribution and experience with AppsFlyer/Adjust
- Deep understanding of advertising campaign performance metrics (ROI, ROAS, ARPU, ARPPU, LTV, etc.), and the ability to work with large data volumes for optimization and analysis
- Knowledge of unit economics
- Experience in managing and scaling advertising campaigns with budgets over $300,000 per month
- Advanced skills in working with Excel/Google Sheets, as well as with BI tools (e.g., Tableau)
- In-depth market analysis and the capability to identify growth points
- B1+ English
- Ability to effectively and autonomously manage your areas of responsibility
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key acquisition partners.

Nice to have

- Experience with TikTok Ads, Snapchat, Yandex, Twitter
- Experience in the mobile gaming industry with a hybrid monetization model
- Understanding of SkadNetwork principles
- Knowledge of advertising mediation fundamentals
- Understanding the basics of A/B testing from design to analysis of its results.
