Job Summary

The Electrical Field Specialized Engineer, is member of Electrical Field Engineering team.

He reports to the Field Lead Electrical Engineer.

He/She has to support his manager with his expertise in electrical works, to provide in a timely manner clear and conclusive replies to complex technical issues related to engineering submitted by Sub-Contractors and Construction, in order to allow a smooth progress of construction activities in respect with engineering design requirements (drawings, specifications, norms and codes), to perform Avtorsky Nadzor manage the modifications on drawings and fill the corresponding Logs.

He performs detailed design.

Primary duties & responsibilities

Support Construction Department in the review of method statement for Electrical works,

Review drawings before sending to Subcontractors, in order to prevent any disruption due engineering issue,

Provide technical replies in a timely manner to Subcontractors and Construction:

• Technical Query,
• Material Approval Request,
• Deviation Request,
• Prepare and study technical drawings, prepare site drawings with details explanation for Subcontractors,
• To check Designer drawings on daily basis which will serve for above task.
• Update Site MASTER documents
• Perform Avtorsky Nadzor, to manage modifications on drawings and fill the corresponding Logs (Inspect completed installations and observe operations, to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards).

Provide field engineering expertise in Electrical works as well as necessary (in particular with client and subcontractor), and able to propose solutions for Site queries for type of job/task mainly but not limited for Wiring drawings, Power, Lighting, Heat Tracing and Earthing Installation.

Deep knowledge of Russian norms and codes for Electrical works (PUE, SNIP, GOST, SO, RD),

The experience in design office and in field engineering, dynamic personality to be able to quickly solve technical issue.
