Job Description:

Are you a dynamic and results-driven sales leader with a passion for the payment service industry? We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as the Head of Sales at Advanced Payment Solutions. As the Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to target and acquire clients, ensuring alignment with the company's overall growth objectives.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients within the payment service provider industry, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients, serving as their trusted advisor in the payment services space.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals, setting clear performance targets and providing ongoing coaching and support to ensure team success.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding sales targets, closely monitoring sales pipelines, and taking proactive measures to maximize opportunities.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all sales activities and client interactions adhere to relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience and product development aligned with market demands.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the payment service provider or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of payment processing, merchant services, and related products and services.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.
  • Ability to travel as required.
