Customer Service Specialist - Russian/English Speaker

MLsoft is pleased to announce a vacancy for the position of Customer Service Specialist - Russian/English Speaker

Role：

The Customer Service Job Summary focuses on providing quality customer service, including customer communication, problem resolution, order processing, feedback collection, and data management. It also addresses teamwork, education, customer service policy compliance, and customer experience improvement in pursuit of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities：

• Respond to email and chat inquiries and provide information on products and services;

• Resolve customer complaints and claims Escalate issues;

• Gathering feedback from customers, respond to suggestions for service improvements Customer ;

• Manage and update customer information Database maintenance.

Skills & Qualifications：

• Fluent in Russian and English, proficient in Georgian;

• Obedience to management, acceptance of shifts/scheduling;

• Customer service oriented and responsible, able to solve customer's problems and complaints quickly and efficiently;

• Ability to work in a team and coordinate;

• Good computer skills (e.g. e-mail, word processing, spreadsheets, etc.);

• Comply with company rules and regulations and customer service policies and regulations;

• Accepting graduates with no experience.

Additional Information:

• Salary Range: 2000 GEL - 2500 GEL (Including KPI Bonuses);

• Working mode: on-site - from the office;

• Working Time: 8-hour shifts (shifts are changed on Monthly basis)

• Morning shift: 07:00-15:00;

• Afternoon shift: 15:00-23:00;

• Night shift: 23:00-07:00.

Benefits:

• Two days of pay vacation per month.

• Reimbursement of cab fares for night shifts.
