Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic IT Sales Manager to join our team and help drive our growth trajectory. The IT Sales Manager will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and closing deals that align with our technology offerings. This position requires a keen understanding of the IT industry and a proven track record in sales, particularly in web and mobile application services.
Qualifications
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Generate leads through active market exploration and existing networks, making use of platforms like Bubble RFP system, Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer.com, and our social media channels.
- Conduct client presentations and negotiations that showcase our unique offerings in web and mobile app development.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular updates on potential sales and client engagements.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to foster future business opportunities.
- Work closely with the project management and development teams to ensure that proposals and implementations align with client needs and expectations.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies within the web and mobile development arenas.
Compensation
$500 fixed salary plus a commission of 5% on all client payments received by the agency during all time.
Requirements
- You must be based in a US Time Zone.
- Proven experience as an IT Sales Manager or similar role in the technology sector, with a strong focus on web and mobile application development.
- Excellent understanding of web and mobile development platforms, particularly Bubble.io and FlutterFlow.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills. (English - Fluent/Native)
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
