Duties and Responsibilities:

A Client Support Manager in FSP is primarily responsible for VIP-client satisfaction: assist clients, resolve issues and implement changes that can strengthen the company’s relationship with its clients. Other duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Onboarding new clients (individuals and legal entities) and develop working relationships - assisting clients with account opening, addressing issues during account setup, managing accounts, addressing client interactions with compliance/AML
  • Handling clients' exceptional requests (conversions, OTC transactions, asset unlocking, etc.)
  • Maintenance of client operations within trading system
  • Generating brokerage or service reports for clients and senior management
  • Keeping documentation and records of client interactions (strictly confidential)
  • Managing client cases, interacting with external counterparties – brokers, banks, agents; internal departments – back office, settlements, compliance, legal, AML
  • Managing FSP own account within the holding entities
  • Maintaining KYC/AML processes for FSP within holding entities
  • Developing business relations of FSP with other entities, onboarding
  • Interacting with banks regarding FSP transaction issues

Skills and Requirements:

  • A Client Support Manager needs excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with practical reporting skills and proficiency in customer management software
  • Ability to act on customer feedback and provide meaningful solutions
  • Working knowledge of relevant software (Trading system, MOffice, etc.)
  • Compiling and presenting analytical reports to management
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines
  • Acting for business growth and increase sales
  • Confidence and ability to deal with HNWI clients and important stakeholders
