The Role:
Imagine the thrill of working closely with business owners, understanding their specific challenges, and providing them with tailored innovative solutions. As our Sales Manager, you're more than just a sales leader; you're a strategic partner to these entrepreneurs. This is your chance to do more than just sell, it's an opportunity to make an impact and change the way business is done.
Your Responsibilities:
- Must be comfortable working with quotas, such as calls per day, and number of closed deals.
- Manage a pipeline of prospects and opportunities to track all client interactions in a CRM.
- Develop a sales funnel to generate leads and drive quality closures.
- Integrate various sales channels to promote product lines and attract the right audience.
- Learn about our products to consult on and demonstrate their value to prospective clients.
- Create presentations, presenting our products to potential clients and leading them to quality sales.
- Participate in innovating the sales process and continuously improving our sales operations.
- Prospect and make outbound calls to generate and qualify leads, and introduce our product lines.
- Follow up on leads from the initial introduction of the product and inbound communication to qualify opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years of experience in online education sales and/or sales targeting business owners or executive-level clients, telemarketing, financial services, or insurance.
- Interest in learning more about online education to provide expertise to potential clients and maximize the benefits of the company's products.
- Demonstrated sales capability in the areas of lead generation, prospecting, forecasting, and driving quality opportunities to closure.
- Possess excellent client management and communication skills in assessing client needs at a strategic and business outcome level.
- Enjoys the process of creating presentations and delivering them to clients.
- Exceptional closing skills while remaining welcoming, understanding, and empathetic.
- Experience working with CRM systems.
- Fluent in both English and Russian.
