Job responsibilities

  • Development and implementation of supply management and distribution of consumer products in CEE, CIS, MENA and Africancountries by program' algorithms
  • Close cooperation with the vendors, the central commercial team
  • Planning and Operations Team Management
  • Analytics and planning of supply and distribution of consumer products in CEE and CIS countries
  • Setting technical specifications for developers

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Management of any other related fields preferred
  • 3+ years of experience as an operations specialist or in a similar role
  • Ability to analyze and improve operational processes
  • Strong people management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical and time management skills
  • Understanding of the supply chain and ability to work with supply chain data (WoS, lead-time, Inventory etc)
  • Detail-oriented
  • Responsible
  • Out of the box thinking
  • Above average excel skills
