We are looking for a Senior Lawyer to join our dynamic team.

Your main tasks will be:

• Legal support of European, US and foreign companies;
• Incorporation, reorganization and liquidation of companies in Malta, Latvia, USA, Cyprus, Singapore, etc.;
• Registration of non-resident employees (residence permit);
• Legal support of M&A and R&D projects;
• Personal TM registration;
• Personal opening of an account in a financial institution.

We expect from you:

• IP law (Trademark\copyright\patent registration in the US, EU and etc.);
• Understanding international business and its needs;
• Consumer and Data protection experience;
• Fluent English and Russian;
• Knowledge of European law/experience with European projects is necessary;
• Knowledge of American law/experience with the United States projects is desirable;
• Multitasking and ability to prioritize them;
• The desire to develop yourself and the desire to find solutions for extraordinary situations.
