Receptionist (Russian speaking)

As a Receptionist you will be responsible for:

• Greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional manner.
• Answering phone calls, taking messages, and redirecting calls as necessary.
• Managing and distributing mail and packages.
• Providing information to visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
• Booking appointments and managing calendars.
• Maintaining a tidy and organized reception area.
• Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
• Handling basic inquiries and providing customer service.
• Assisting with the coordination of meetings and events

• Proficiency both in English and Russian / Additional languages are a plus.
• Prior experience in aviation or hospitality.
• Customer Service Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
