We are currently looking for a Team Assistant/Event Manager for remote work.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing materials for conducting and moderating weekly webinars (every Thursday at 4-5 AM Moscow time).

• Creating landing pages, banners, emails – we'll teach you everything you need to know, and you’ll have a personal mentor.

• Assisting the team members with performing various tasks.

• Participation in meetings.

• Overseeing the quality and timely execution of tasks.

We will consider your candidacy if you:

• Have a strong grasp of the English language (at least B2).

• Have a computer for working with Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, microphone, video camera, and stable Internet connection.

• Persevere through tasks.

• Can focus efficiently and multi-task several projects at the same time.

• Are able to complete tasks on time without procrastinating.

• Are a perfectionist in various aspects of life and a proactive approach.

Working hours (Moscow time zone):

• Monday 15:00-22:00 (7 hours)
• Tuesday 15:00-22:00 (7 hours)
• Wednesday 15:00-22:00 (7 hours)
• Thursday 16:00-04:00 (12 hours) or 17:00-05:00 (12 hours) depending on what time the webinar takes place.
• Friday 15:00-22:00 (7 hours)

• A probationary period for three months.

• Salary - $700, payments once/month.

Consideration for this vacancy involves a test task, which is mandatory for all candidates.
