They are attentive, detailed-oriented and can easily communicate with banks, payment systems and colleagues.

We are looking for a new team member to join us in the office in Limassol.

Please, pay attention: this is an on-site work, no remote option.

Responsibilities:

• To analyze, identify, prioritize and solve payments operations issues
• To negotiate with banks, payment systems and internal departments regarding issues resolutions
• To execute some manual payment operations
• To participate in client’s documents and accounts verification
• To bring new ideas and instruments and to improve payment processes and customer experience

Required:

• Experience in payment operations or customer support in payments solutions and financial services
• Working proficiency in English and Russian
• Computer and software proficiency
