We are searching for a visionary Knowledge Content Manager & Product Owner to spearhead the educational content initiatives at Petrosoft University. This unique position blends the art of knowledge content creation with the strategic oversight of our educational platform. The ideal candidate will expertly craft and curate high-quality educational materials, leveraging tools like ChatGPT for content generation, and will be responsible for the comprehensive management of the Petrosoft University product. Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and maintain up-to-date and accurate educational content for Petrosoft products, utilizing AI-based tools like ChatGPT and software like Madcap Flare.

• Act as the Product Owner for Petrosoft University, overseeing the educational content's lifecycle from conception through publication and iterative updates.

• Collaborate with technical experts, product teams, and educational stakeholders to ensure the content's alignment with product features, user needs, and educational standards.

• Enrich content with interface screenshots, interactive diagrams, and multimedia elements to foster an engaging and effective learning environment.

• Analyze user engagement, feedback, and performance data to guide content strategy, making informed decisions to continuously improve the learning platform.

• Champion innovative documentation and educational strategies, exploring and integrating interactive tutorials, videos, and dynamic content to enhance learner engagement and comprehension.

• Manage the Petrosoft University content backlog, prioritizing according to strategic value, user impact, and educational effectiveness, within an agile framework.

• Lead quality improvement initiatives, leveraging analytics to measure the impact of content strategies and adjust for optimal user experience and learning outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Education, or a related field, complemented by experience in knowledge content creation and management.

• Experience as a technical writer for 2 years or more

• Demonstrated experience in a role combining technical writing or content management with product ownership or management in an educational or technical domain.

• Proficiency with Madcap Flare or similar help authoring tools, familiarity with AI content generation tools like ChatGPT, and a working knowledge of HTML/CSS.

• Exceptional communication skills, capable of transforming complex information into accessible and engaging educational content.

• Proven ability to manage an educational content portfolio, including strategizing, prioritizing, and executing content updates in an agile environment.

• Strong analytical capabilities, adept at incorporating user feedback and learning analytics into content strategy decisions.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with e-learning technologies, interactive content creation, and digital education platforms.

• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and project management practices.

• A proactive, innovative approach to problem-solving and content strategy, with a focus on continuous improvement and user engagement.

• Understanding of single source principle in documentation development, experience is desirable
• Experience of working remotely for a foreign customer, self-organization
  
  Attendance Requirements:
• Regular and reliable attendance is required. Individuals must be able to work at least a 40 hour work week, Monday through Friday and be available as situations arise requiring extended hours.
