Chief Executive Officer/CEO

About the role.

We are looking for an experienced Chief Executive Officer/CEO to oversee our organization’s ongoing operations and procedures. The CEO will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company and responsible for the efficiency of business. Must have previously held senior management leadership responsibilities in a growth stage hospitality company

CEO role

The goal of the CEO position is to maintain control of diverse business operations and secure the functionality of business to drive extensive and sustainable growth. The ideal candidate would have experience in management, sales and finance, and a proven track record of managing high-growth companies, and exceptional leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies, plans and procedures

• Lead and manage cross-functional teams to execute projects and initiatives

• Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives and managers

• Manage the company’s budget and resources effectively to maximize efficiency and profitability

• Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication

• Identify operational issues and create a roadmap around that

• Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners/clients

• Drive revenue growth and profitability by identifying new business opportunities and optimizing existing operations

• Create exceptional customer service and business plan

• Establish a strategic process to control work procedure

Education:

Minimum of BA, MBA

Requirements and skills

• Executive leadership roles in fast food, multi-unit restaurant or retail industries with high employee turnover.

• Five or more years of experience in multi unit operations and restaurant expansion.

• Understanding of the US job’s market.

• Developing and implementing strategies, procedures and business plans needed to enhance company growth and reduce employee turnover.

• Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, Marketing etc.

• Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities

• Proven experience in operations management.

• Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development

• Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills

• Bilingual – English & Russian

• Proven track record of managing fast-growing companies and driving revenue growth

• Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

• Experience with recruiting, training, and developing high-performing teams

• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making

• Ability to work on the weekends and after hours if necessary.

• Must possess a client - focused mindset

• Must be highly skilled in Microsoft Office

• Expert business knowledge with a comprehensive understanding of the organizational and functional areas of responsibility

• Future- oriented and solution driven, with strong-change management skills

• Must be able to oversee and manage multiple projects.
