Accounting & Payroll responsibilities
Preparation and maintenance of accounting records, ensure they are up-to-date, including intangible assets accounting records
Maintenance and organization of company’s accounting documentation
according to the internal and external (legal, audit) requirements
Processing outgoing and incoming bank transfers and communication with banks
Issuance of invoices
Correspondence with contractors for issues related to the maintenance of the accounting records, as well as reconciliation of payments
Preparation of monthly payroll
Calculation of bonuses and reimbursements to employees (business trip expenses, company-related and agreed expenses)
Work with benefits in kind and tax exemptions
Preparation and submission of monthly payments of PAYE and social insurance contribution
Issuance of TD63 of the previous year
Preparation of monthly VIES reports for submission
Preparation of quarterly VAT reports for submission
Maintenance of records for IP box regime
Preparation of accounting file for auditors, together with supporting documentation
Cooperation with company’s auditors and tax advisors during the accounting period
Preparation of management accounts
Any other tasks as specified by Management related to professional capacity (Experience/knowledge)
University degree in accounting or finance/or other relevant degree
Knowledge of English and Russian language will be considered as an advantage
At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in IT sector
Knowledge of international accounting standards, Cyprus tax requirements, statutory laws and regulations

Remuneration:
