The Ilyinskaya hospital is a modern high-tech multidisciplinary medical facility working on the Moscow market (Russia) since 2019. Today our practice is very busy mostly with oncology and surgical patients in such specialties as head and neck surgery, abdominal surgery, urology, gynecology, trauma and orthopaedics, vascular and endovascular surgery. Our facilities include ICU, hospital inpatient facility with total capacity of 70 beds, outpatient facility for all clinical departments, operating theatre, diagnostics units including radiology (X-Ray, ultrasound, CT, MRI). Our emergency care unit works 24/7 and accepts patients with acute vascular events including stroke and myocardial infarction, trauma and severe multiple trauma, shock and sepsis. We practice both adult and pediatric medicine. Our team includes more than 150 physicians and 250 nurses, who are fully engaged around the satisfying of our valued patients’ need. Today Ilyinskaya hospital is offering the job position of Director of the nursing services/Chief nurse of the hospital. Our demands for the position are:

· RN or NP preferably with Masters degree in nursing, received in well established high standard nursing school or university.

· Readiness for extensive work with both nurses and physicians.

· Adherence to our key values of hospital care, safety and devotion to the best patient interests.

· Special focus on inpatient nursing procedures, processes and standards.

· Running nurses education Programm (hospital in-house school of nursing).

· Performing management of Nursing Services (inpatient and outpatient) enhancing interaction of teams, fostering continuity of medical care process.

· Well understanding and proficiency in oncology nursing.

· Minimum 5 years in Health Care Management, excellent management skills, strong leadership vision in the context of clinical practice.

· Solid knowledge of JCI standards and their practical implementation and control.

· Ready to relocate, knowledge of the Russian language preferred. Good English and the ability to work with special literature are mandatory.
