What you’ll do:

Coordinate the publishing teams to ensure milestones processing (Gates, Certification, Release) and related operational topics (Announcement, Materials and Assets, QA, Physical copies) are carried out on time and within budget

Own and regularly communicate the projects’ release roadmap to all departments

Maintain the efficient and beneficial Release strategy, taking into account development roadmap, market conditions, publishing resources and budgets; focus on finding the opportunities for product release improvement in terms of users and revenue

Optimize, document and communicate publishing processes and improvements

Communicate and organize workflows with our external partner studios

Identify all relevant project risks in collaboration with the development team, Publishing Game Director, Technical Project Manager and other relevant publishing teams, developing plans for their mitigation and contingency

Guide the development team through the publisher's processes, and gates when applicable, during the development lifecycle

Execute and maintain the project integration plan on the game side, oversee and coordinate all ongoing activities between the product and other publisher's stakeholders

Organize periodical “Production Updates” between the Game development team leadership and the relevant publishing stakeholders to ensure the alignment of vision and execution between Publisher and Developer

Ensure the Director of Premium Games Division and the wider product stakeholders are informed at any time on the status, impediments, conflicts and risks and periodically circulate status reports

What you need to succeed:

Proven Experience in Game Publishing: Demonstrated track record of successfully publishing premium games, with a strong understanding of the end-to-end game development and publishing lifecycle. Must have 7+ years of overall working experience as a Game Producer in Premium Games Publishing, including in-depth knowledge of project management and game development methodologies

Experience with AAA/AA Games: Experience in the publishing and production of AAA/AA games, having held a Senior Producer or equivalent position. This showcases the ability to manage high-stakes projects with significant budgets and complex stakeholder environments

Project Management Expertise: Expertise in project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to manage complex projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines within budget and scope constraints

Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of game development processes, target audience requirements, technical specifications, and quality assurance practices

Risk Management: Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring the smooth progression of game development and publishing

Stakeholder Management: Strong skills in managing relationships with key stakeholders, including the development team, publishing team, leadership team, and external partners such as First Parties and OEMs

Leadership and Team Management: Experience in leading cross-functional teams, providing guidance, resolving conflicts, and fostering a collaborative work environment
-
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuade stakeholders effectively

Emotional Intelligence: High emotional intelligence, with the ability to manage one's own emotions and understand and influence the emotions of others in the team

Industry Knowledge: Deep knowledge of the video game industry, including current trends, technologies, and best practices

Adaptability, problem-solving, passion for gaming, professionalism, continuous improvement, and a strong cultural fit as previously detailed

Educational Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Game Design, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field
