The role involves responsibility for:
- Development of a corporate strategy for ensuring and development of information security;
- Setting and implementing an action program to proactively identify risks, manage them and counter possible threats;
- Defining and building all necessary processes around the set goals and their implementation;
- Formation of a fault-tolerant system for protecting the information perimeter;
- Ensuring business continuity and countering denial of service attacks;
- Provide practical and strategic advice, demonstrate a strong understanding of security knowledge applicable to the industry, and demonstrate excellent teamwork skills;
- Management of budget and structure within the framework of existing tasks of the entire group of companies;
- Developing action plans in case of incidents.
Interaction and subordination:
- Subordination to the business owners and CEO of the group of companies;
- Interaction with the management of business structures as part of the implementation of security strategies;
- With colleagues within the framework of established business processes.
Expectations:
- Demonstrated experience in a CISO role in the banking and finance industry or experience working with a Gartner, Inc.-rated cybersecurity solution provider;
- Proven experience in actively countering various attempts to violate the information perimeter;
- Understanding of current global and local risk and threat maps;
- Ability to strategically anticipate risks and incidents;
- Conscious honesty, transparency and ethics.
