Legal counsel / Corporate manager

FUNCORP develops entertaining UGC apps that are used daily by tens of millions of people around the world. We actively expand our products and launch new ones using a data-driven approach, machine learning, modern technologies, tools, and SDK. No legacy, technical debt, and bureaucracy.

Crucial: The position is open in our office in Cyprus (Limassol). We are now considering candidates who are familiar with local processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and gather evidence;
• Draft and review contracts, and employment agreements;
• Preparation of corporate documents resolutions, powers of attorney, corporate registers, forms for the Registrar).Preparation and submission of documents to the migration service;
• Communication and work with banks (opening accounts, completing Review, KYC procedures, etc.);
• Manage regulatory and compliance-related services.

Requirements

• Relevant work experience of 3 years or more;
• Fluent Russian;
• English B2 or higher;
• Greek is an advantage;
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Google Sheets;
• Bachelors degree in law is an advantage;
• Responsibility, attentiveness, ability to work in a team.
