We are currently looking for an experienced Employee Assessment Specialist to join the HR Department team. You will work on developing, managing, and coordinating assessment activities within the company. This will include the development and implementation of assessment systems, practices, protocols, and procedures, as well as the analysis of data. Also, you will be responsible for providing feedback to stakeholders on assessment results and developing strategies to improve the assessment process.
What you will work on:
- Plan, develop, coordinate and implement assessment activities across the company: perform direct assessment and assessment analysis; provide technical and professional guidance, consultation, and support to departments regarding assessment, as appropriate.
- Interpret the results of assessments to determine whether they indicate potential problems, areas of weakness, or strengths.
- Conduct assessments such as psychological evaluations, intelligence tests, and aptitude tests to measure cognitive ability.
- Develop, plan, lead, and/or participate in educational, training, and outreach activities.
- Participate in the collection and analysis of various assessment data to support assessment processes and reviews, including dissemination of results and assisting others with understanding and appropriately utilizing and applying them.
- Evaluate overall assessment system quality.
- Interpret assessment findings, analyze and compile comprehensive statistical and narrative data, and assist with the preparation of official assessment reports summarizing findings.
- Plan, develop, and implement various special projects as assigned.
- Plan, coordinate, promote and facilitate special events, programs, and/or activities.
