Job Description:

• The key role:

  The supply of ventilation and climate control equipment and spare parts from Chinese manufacturers.

  The key task includes, among other things:

• Receive the purchase order and place it in the order list in the Global Software (Microsoft Dynamics),
• Send the purchase order to the Supplier,
• Receive and verify the Supplier's order confirmation, proforma invoice, etc.
• Create and send payment instructions to the Treasurer,
• Monitor the execution of payments in accordance with the terms of payment,
• Control the Order assembly time by the Supplier,
• Coordinate the pickup of the goods with the Logistics Service and the Supplier,
• Manage the loading of goods by the Supplier according to the Order,
• Receive and verify all necessary documents from the Supplier (invoice, packing list, certificates, etc.), provide them to the logistics and accounting services,
• Reflect all operations in the global software (Microsoft Dynamics), including purchased SKUs and their number,
• Supplier Relationship Management,
• Manage Vendor accounts to understand accounts payable or receivables,
• Document management between computers

Requirements:

• Fluent in Chinese and English
• At least 2 years of experience in the supply chain

Place of work : Shanghai, China.

20,000-25,000 yuan per month, depending on experience.
