We are looking for a director to work on 3D animated movies. The director in our team thinks about and coordinates the creation of the movie from script to final editing.

We are constantly learning and sharing knowledge with each other, so we are looking for an equally inquisitive and hardworking individual with a dream of telling stories in the film language.

Please note that we are located in Armenia. We are looking for those who are located in Yerevan or ready to move soon.

Responsibilities:

1. Proofreading the script, interacting with scriptwriters.

2. Creating storyboards and animatics, selecting the most effective artistic solutions to solve the problems of each movie.

3. Interaction with historians on the selection of historical references.

4. Setting tasks for 3D artists to create objects, characters and locations.

5. Setting tasks for the animation team to create scenes, control of work on animation, composition, lighting, camera movement.

6. Participate in the creation of the sound solution of the movie: selection of music or order to write a composer, work with voice actors.

7. Editing, basic color correction, work with effects.

8. Optimization of work at all stages and search for new solutions.

Skills:

- Mastery of editing principles, work in editing programs Adobe Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve

- Mastery of graphic editor / program for creating storyboards

- Excellent knowledge of English C1 and above;

- Experience working with creative people and responsiveness;

- Ability to coordinate projects under tight deadlines;

- Ability to solve tasks quickly;

- Creativity, organization and focus on excellent results.

Basic understanding of the Unreal Engine or familiarity with 3D animation would be a plus.
