We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Lead to join our
Development team. As a Team Lead, you will play a
crucial role in leading a talented group of developers and analysts in
the creation of high-performance microservices for the banking
industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team
management and a deep understanding of microservices architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a cross-functional team of
  developers, QA engineers, system analysts, and business analysts to
  deliver high-quality microservices solutions.
• Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and expertise in Java,
  Spring, TypeScript, React, Docker, Kubernetes, REST API, GraphQL, and PostgreSQL to
  ensure the successful development of services.
• Project Management: Collaborate with product owners to plan and
  execute project development, ensuring adherence to timelines and
  quality standards.
• Microservices Architecture: In-depth knowledge of
  microservices architecture to design and develop scalable,
  maintainable, and efficient solutions.
• Code Review: Conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality,
  performance, and adherence to best practices.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical challenges and issues
  that arise during development, promoting a culture of continuous
  improvement.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with frontend and backend
  developers, QA engineers, automation testers, system analysts, and
  business analysts to achieve project objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software
  Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in frontend/backend/fullstack development.
• Previous experience (minimum 3 years) in team leadership.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture principles and best
  practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality software solutions within deadlines.
• Experience in the banking or financial sector is a plus.
• Russian language is a plus.
