I joined AUTODOC three years ago as the only researcher in the newly opened Customer Experience Management Department and conducted 30 studies per year on my own. In September 2020, I went to my manager and offered to start a new department and in 2021 I started working directly with the CEO. After 4 months I had already hired the first researchers.
Our field research in 2021 was a really big and ambitious challenge. We spent 2 weeks watching how people work in their garages as the backbone of the AUTODOC PRO project for B2B.
We entered 2022 with two teams consisting of 11 people, and the transformation continued with Carmen Beissner joining as VP of Customer Operations. There are so many plans and goals ahead of us, and I can't wait to start implementing and revolutionising the AUTODOC insights we have gained!
My story in a few words: possibility, support, and development! I repeat it all the time. This is a great time and experience. Things are moving forward fast here and truly everything is possible!
My journey began in 2016 as a customer service agent when I was studying at university. I was lucky to have had the chance to test many different types of work during my first year and a half, which taught me all the underlying processes and services. Everyone in Customer Service knows how much effort it takes for a seamless interaction with our customers – something that all of us appreciate so much when we encounter it. My leadership path started in 2018 when I was offered a supervisory role where I had to learn so many new things! Amidst the pandemic in 2020, I started a new role as Head of Customer Service in Ukraine, and imagine me, sitting on a sofa at home and getting the news that I now was responsible for the entire service in Ukraine, only then did it hit me – this is huge! Thankfully, I was well-supported, which helped me to grow professionally.
I learned about AUTODOC when the office was opened in Odesa, Ukraine. And every time I passed by, I thought "how cool it must be to work there, everything is so beautiful." One day a friend of mine said that he saw a job opening and insisted that I send in my CV. I did that, and a month later my career at AUTODOC Ukraine began. As before I had worked in public service, my first working day in the new office seemed to me like a trip to Disneyland. I got into a very good team, I had never been so comfortable at work. But when the war started in Ukraine, I was on vacation and could not return home. I am currently living in Germany. And I am very grateful to the company for their support. They gave me a work contract, which is very important for a normal life. All my colleagues supported, and continue to support me with their words, and that is very important right now. My family and I are very grateful to the company and colleagues for their support at such an important time. AUTODOC is not just a company – it's a family. Despite the lack of understanding of the work of a lawyer in Germany, thanks to my colleagues, and the team, I was able to learn quickly and do my job well. AUTODOC has been with me in good times and supported me in bad times, and I appreciate that so much!

I joined AUTODOC three years I work as an analyst in the Data Management and Analysis Department. I also work at a university, combining teaching and administrative roles at the Faculty of Mathematics, Physics, and Information Technology. Many of our students and alumni also work for AUTODOC, and I’m happy to see that they can apply the knowledge, mindset, and skill sets they acquired at the university, in the workplace. On the whole, the team is young and friendly, which was easy to see from my very first days in the office. As I interact a lot with different people as part of my main job, I can quickly get a sense of the atmosphere. Even the intern analysts noted that they enjoyed coming to the office because working there was always exciting and comfortable.ago as the only researcher in the newly opened Customer Experience Management Department and conducted 30 studies per year on my own. In September 2020, I went to my manager and offered to start a new department and in 2021 I started working directly with the CEO. After 4 months I had already hired the first researchers.
I am grateful to AUTODOC for the experience and knowledge I continue to gain. Soon I will be sharing it with younger generations, both within the formal education system and informally. The cycle continues.
First of all, AUTODOC for me is all about positive and sociable people who surround me every day and help me to become a better person. And we have many who are pushing their colleagues and teams to develop and grow. I like that the processes in the company are changing and improving, which adds comfort and confidence. Despite all the "plusses" that AUTODOC has, the main thing for me is that you can develop in the direction that really interests you.

Warehouse Manager, Poland
Do you remember the well-known and once very popular game TETRIS, in which you had to arrange coloured blocks of different shapes so that there were no gaps between them? Working in a warehouse is a bit like Tetris in real life. It's a nice association. You have to be able to coordinate everything in such a way as to manage the supply of products in the warehouse, their flow, and dispatch in the best possible time, bearing in mind the best possible use of warehouse space. If we look at such responsibilities as a challenge in a game, every day is fun!
I started as a strategic buyer responsible for dropshipping suppliers. At that time, the area included only a handful of suppliers and slow and inefficient processes with numerous challenges in operations. By creating process standards, documentation and strict requirements for suppliers, among other things, I developed the area into an efficient, economic, and indispensable area for AUTODOC with more than 100 suppliers within the last 2 years, which continues to grow.
After 6 months I was promoted to team lead for the dropshipping buyers. In parallel, I developed the team and automatised several data processes with our suppliers. After one year I was responsible for the entire dropshippingВ area including supplier connections and in addition, I took over the just-in-time delivery area. Today, after 2 years, I am department manager of the entire strategic procurement team as well as deputy to the Vice President of Procurement, responsible for the entire procurement business. All this I reached without even owning a car myself, let alone being able to change a tyre on my own.
I've learned an incredible amount in just two years, and I look forward to many more exciting years with AUTODOC.
What I enjoy most in my job is the opportunity to participate in many innovative projects related to logistics, and the creation and implementation of many interesting solutions. I very much appreciate the team cooperation, the exchange of experience with experts in the international AUTODOC team, and being part of such dynamic growth of our organisation.

AUTODOC was my first job after my degree, and I knew nothing about customer service. The hardest part was understanding the customer's needs and making sure they were happy with the support. Angry customers frightened me, but I quickly got over this. I realised that I needed to start learning how to communicate properly, even in difficult situations, so that the customer feels listened to. To do this, my credo became "learn everything". So I did. No matter what the new project was, I was the first one to take over. I needed to know all the processes by heart!
I wanted to improve a process and wrote my first instruction for optimisation. This was how I got noticed and was offered to become a training manager. That was the best experience of my life: it changed my personality, and now I love interacting with new people! To this day, I see employees who went through my training, and they remember our sessions with joy. This is very precious to me.

The biggest challenge in every Ukrainian's life is the war, which has changed our work lives dramatically. I was stunned to see how many people continued working right away, despite everything. My team is now fully remote: some relocated, and others stayed in Ukraine. Though we can't influence the situation globally, we can support each other and help with whatever we see possible – that is what I see in every team in our department, different locations of Customer Service included.

I joined AUTODOC 3 years ago and started as a celebrity marketing manager. My task was to look for sports stars suitable for collaborating with AUTODOC. It was not easy, but interesting, and I managed to find a football star with whom we signed a contract. But as our company was developing so fast, this task quickly gave way to another, and six months later I was already engaged in PR, bloggers, and much more. A year and a half later, I was in charge of the 20-people branding department. To be honest, I was a little scared when the marketing director offered me this position because I had never managed such a large team in a company with a billion in turnover before. But my manager gave me tremendous support and taught me a lot, in both team management and marketing. Thanks to this, I was able to restructure the team, and today I am already responsible for a team of 53 people.
Working at AUTODOC is challenging but always interesting. Every day brings new challenges that allow you to grow and develop in your profession
People here are fantastic and everyone creates a positive working atmosphere. With such a team you want to work and achieve your goals. AUTODOC gave me the opportunity to participate in creating strategies for the coming years which makes me excited about what is to come. I am responsible for the implementation of several strategic projects that will affect development. All this gives me enormous satisfaction, which is necessary for self-fulfilment and motivates me to further action. Every day is full of challenges here, which are easy to meet as a team.
My history with AUTODOC started years ago. From 2013 to 2019, I translated German content into Dutch and English on a freelance basis. I was working on a study of automotive technology and out of necessity, I became very adept, eager to please, and desperate not to lose this regular client. In 2019, the steady flow of assignments suddenly stopped. I didn't question this, as I had another ongoing project. A year and several months later, I had become disillusioned with that job and I despairingly googled "Dutch jobs Berlin" to find, to my surprise, that AUTODOC was hiring. I wasted no time in applying and reminded HR of the years of proficiency building I had done as a freelancer. I started to work for AUTODOC as a full-time employee in November 2020, the pandemic being in full swing.
Generally, the work was familiar, and translating at home was like going back to the old days. I was soon given SEO copywriting tasks, for which I was able to use the experience gathered at my previous employer to my advantage. Occasionally, I coach new colleagues in copywriting. At my age, you like to think that you are done growing as a person or professionally. However, I am aware of the fact that both marketing and SEO strategies change over time. It is important to remain prepared for changes. That's what keeps you young.
I really appreciate AUTODOC for opening new doors and bringing my career to a new international level. Prior to joining AUTODOC, I worked for international companies such as Philip Morris and Henkel, running sales teams and managing products at a national level. Currently, I am responsible for the private brand portfolio around Europe, which means 27 countries, and I am also helping to launch another project in France. This is a huge responsibility, with dozens of "creating from zero" cases, thinking out of the box, and constantly questioning the status quo. I not only like my job, I love it because I clearly see the huge impact I make on global business with my daily routine.
